There is the option of changing your course package to one with fewer classes if you’re having trouble fitting the classes into your schedule. Instructions to do this can be found here.
Want to change intensity?
If you would like a more personalised experience, you can try switching from a group class course to a private class one. Or if you would like to meet and work with other students, you can change from private to group.

Still want to leave for good? Then in order to claim your money back guarantee, you need to get in touch with our student support team. Please be aware that cancelling your course alone is not enough if you would like a refund.
Please also be aware that you need to contact us before the end of the 7th day after you have purchased your first course. For example: if you sign up on October 20th, you need to contact us before the end of October 26th.
The 7-day guarantee is not valid on trial packages or additional credits bought in the store, and it is also only applicable for new students on their first month's subscription.
